A: For the time being, Julie Impens only sells online.
Q: Where are Julie Impens products produced?
A: At Julie Impens we are proud to produce everything in England. All our jewellery are made in house, our scarves are being printed in England and even our business card and packaging are being produced in the country too.
Delivery & Returns
Q: Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
A: We ship orders worldwide. The cost of shipping will depend on its destination. We charge £5 for UK delivery, £12 for EU delivery and £20 for the rest of the world.
Q: Can my order be shipped to a work address?
A: Yes. Just add the correct address at checkout.
Q: Do I need to sign for my order?
A: Yes - for security reasons all deliveries require a signature. You can have your order delivered to a work address such as an office, just update the delivery address during checkout.

A: Just get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order to find out your RMA number.
